Responsibilities

• Lead design concepts from sketch to prototype

• Collaborate with material engineers on sustainable innovations

• Interpret market trends into commercially viable product lines

• Build mood boards, tech packs, and 3D models

• Partner with marketing to ensure design storytelling aligns with brand

• Iterate based on customer feedback and field testing

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in footwear or product design

• Proficient in Adobe Suite, Rhino or similar 3D modeling tools

• Strong eye for detail, color, and material

• Passion for sustainability and circular design

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Portfolio showcasing product-to-prototype process
