Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping Options & Rates
We currently ship to the USA, Canada, and select EU countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to holidays, weather, or customs delays.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.
3. Track Your Order
You’ll get a tracking link via email once your package is on the way. You can also track it under My Account → Orders.
4. Shipping Limitations
We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.
5. Return Policy
We want you to love your Refeet. If you're not fully satisfied, you can return items within 30 days of delivery. Return eligibility:
Items must be unused, in original condition
Include original packaging
Must have proof of purchase
6. How to Start a Return
Email returns@refeet.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply with a return label (if eligible) and step-by-step instructions. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
7. Return Shipping Costs
U.S. orders: Free returns
International orders: Customer pays return shipping, unless item is defective or incorrect
8. Need an Exchange?
Looking to swap for a different size or style? Email exchange@refeet.com — we’ll guide you through a simple exchange. All exchanges fall under our 30-day return policy.
9. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
You’ll get an email update
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear
10. Received Something Wrong?
We’re so sorry. If your order is incorrect or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
